Richard Webb | Director
Richard graduated in 2002 from Edinburgh College of Art with a masters in Architectural Conservation; he went on to work at some of Scotland’s largest practices before joining Mill Architects in 2006 and becoming a Director in 2011.

Jo Parry-Geddes | Director
Jo studied Architecture at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design, Dundee and completed her Part Three at The University of Edinburgh in 2004. Jo was awarded RIAS Advanced Conservation Accreditation in 2018 and became a Director of Mill Architects in 2023.

Darren Albury | Director
Darren joined Mill Architects in 2016, following 17 years managing property construction projects for housing associations across Scotland. Darren became a Director of Mill in 2023.

Gillian Redpath | Practice Manager
Gill joined Mill Architects in 2019 and is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, providing administrative support, and managing finances and accounts.

Arjan Singh | Senior Technician
Arjan graduated in 2018 from Edinburgh Napier University with a degree in Architectural Technology and joined Mill Architects as an Architectural Technician in 2019. Arjan became a Chartered Architectural Technologist, gaining MCIAT status, in 2023.

Lauren Knott | Architectural Assistant
Lauren graduated in 2022 from Robert Gordon University with a degree in Architecture. Lauren joined Mill for her Part One Placement and is now studying towards her Masters of Architecture while continuing to work part-time

Yazmin Conn | Architectural Assistant
Yazmin studied Architecture at Edinburgh University before undertaking a Masters of Architecture with Urban Planning degree at the University of Dundee. Yazmin joined Mill in 2023 and supports the team across all sectors.

Gabriel Kinta | Architectural Assistant
Gabriel is a Part One Architectural Assistant, who joined Mill Architects in 2024 after completing his third year of Architectural Studies at University of Strathclyde. He assists the team with design and technical aspects of various projects, and plans to return to University to complete his BSc Hons in 2025.
