From the outset we will focus on your requirements, to ensure we deliver the solutions you want.
We will provide clear guidance on the procedure of designing and constructing your building project, so at all times you are in touch with the process. Obtaining Planning Permission, Building Warrant and other consents are all part of the service.
We believe design and construction are inseparable disciplines – one cannot proceed properly without a sound knowledge of the other. When your project is on site we will supervise the building works, to ensure that the quality is of the standard you expect and the work is finished on time. We’ll be there to answer the questions as they arise.
Mill Architects is a hands-on practice; we’ve been in your shoes and we’re not afraid to get our hands dirty.
