Norton Park is seeking tenders for roof fabric repair works to our Conference Centre, housed within a B-listed former church building.

We are inviting submissions from experienced contractors who specialise in working with listed buildings. Contractors must demonstrate a proven track record with similar heritage projects and possess the workforce capacity (ideally a minimum of 4–5 qualified slaters) to complete a full strip and reslate of the roof within the required timeframe—by the end of 2025.

This project is supported by Community Ownership Funding and is subject to strict timelines and quality standards. Preference will be given to contractors with in-house trades and specialist skills required for conservation work.
